To reduce the workload of visual sorting
In the production process of products (baby star ramen noodles), we wanted to reduce the workload by introducing an inspection device instead of visual inspection by workers to inspect the tiny burrs that occur in the fryer.
Very satisfactory results in comparison to several other companies
We asked several companies to conduct sample tests, and we compared the results, focusing on the accuracy of defective product detection and the good product roll-in rate. Among them, Satake’s Beltuza gave the most satisfactory results, so we decided to introduce it.
The system reduced sorting work and stabilized quality
Mechanized visual inspection has reduced the burden of sorting work.
Nearest sales office is available for quick repair and response.
When repairs are needed, support can come from the nearest sales office in about an hour, which is very helpful. We are also able to consult with them about any problems that may arise. Support service is available for a fee of about $350 per month. We also have a system in place to respond to any problems that may arise, so you can rest assured that you will receive the best possible service. The following is a summary of the results of the study.
